ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Saturday 9th May, 2026
Please download and complete the abstract template; please submit your abstracts in *.doc/*.docx format. Abstracts in other format types, or where the formatting has been altered away from the template, will not be accepted.
Please email your completed abstract submission template to [email protected] with “Abstract” in the email subject.
IMPORTANT: Please indicate in the email if you have a preference for an oral or poster presentation. Indicating a specific preference for a presentation format does not guarantee that you will be scheduled to give your presentation in that format, although we endeavour to match everyone’s preference.
POSTER DIMENSIONS: Portrait, A0 maximum. There are poster printing options in St Andrews; Rymans stationers offers a poster printing service, and the University Print and Design service can also print posters with a 48 hr lead time (please email them if you need a rush job!).
Talks (other than keynotes) within the science sessions will be 12 minutes + 3 minutes for Q&A. Please prepare your presentation slides in Microsoft Powerpoint or PDF format and bring them on a USB storage device; presentations will be uploaded prior to the session.
