ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Saturday 9th May, 2026
Please download and complete the abstract template; please submit your abstracts in *.doc/*.docx format. Abstracts in other format types, or where the formatting has been altered away from the template, will not be accepted.
Please email your completed abstract submission template to [email protected] with “Abstract” in the email subject.
IMPORTANT: Please indicate in the email if you have a preference for an oral or poster presentation. Indicating a specific preference for a presentation format does not guarantee that you will be scheduled to give your presentation in that format, although we endeavour to match everyone’s preference.
Poster requirements will be announced here in due time. There are limited poster printing options in St Andrews, so it is recommended that you print your poster before travel to the conference.
Talks (other than keynotes) within the science sessions will be 12 minutes + 3 minutes for Q&A. Presentations can be uploaded prior to the session.
